For a manufacturer of various software platforms, we are looking for an experienced AI Engineer (m/f/d) to strengthen the AI development team. Responsibilities
- Development and integration of AI agents into existing software platforms
- Implementation of intelligent document processing systems with state-of-the-art machine learning frameworks
- Conception and implementation of RAG-based applications and chatbot solutions
- Definition and implementation of system metrics for continuous optimization of AI performance
- Shaping the technical architecture and strategic AI roadmap

Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in AI development with practical expertise in Python and modern ML frameworks (PyTorch, LangChain, etc.)
- Sound knowledge in the development of RAG systems, LLMs, and their productive integration
- Initiative and analytical thinking to independently tackle complex problems and develop solutions
- Team-oriented working style and experience in collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
- Fluent English skills, German skills are an advantage
Requirements
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der KI-Entwicklung mit praktischer Expertise in Python und modernen ML-Frameworks (PyTorch, LangChain etc.)
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung von RAG-Systemen, LLMs und deren produktiver Integration
- Eigeninitiative und analytisches Denken um komplexe Problemstellungen selbstständig zu durchdringen und Lösungsansätze zu entwickeln
- Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise und Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse, Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil

- Implementierung intelligenter Dokumentenverarbeitungssysteme mit modernsten Machine Learning-Frameworks
