Responsibilities

• Development and integration of AI agents into existing software platforms
• Implementation of intelligent document processing systems with state-of-the-art machine learning frameworks
• Conception and implementation of RAG-based applications and chatbot solutions
• Definition and implementation of system metrics for continuous optimization of AI performance
• Shaping the technical architecture and strategic AI roadmap

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in AI development with practical expertise in Python and modern ML frameworks (PyTorch, LangChain, etc.)
• Sound knowledge in the development of RAG systems, LLMs, and their productive integration
• Initiative and analytical thinking to independently tackle complex problems and develop solutions
• Team-oriented working style and experience in collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
• Fluent English skills, German skills are an advantage
