Senior AI Engineer (Python / GenAI / AWS)

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior AI Engineer to join a cross-functional engineering team within a leading enterprise organization.

This is a hands-on role focused on building advanced AI-driven solutions and agentic frameworks to enhance engineering and operational excellence across the organization.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Python full-stack development, Generative AI, and cloud technologies, with a strong ability to design and implement scalable AI-powered systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven applications and agentic workflows
• Build and integrate multi-agent systems to automate engineering processes
• Develop full-stack applications using Python (frontend & backend)
• Work across the full Agile development lifecycle (design development production)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions
• Integrate AI solutions with internal platforms such as ServiceNow, CMDB, and JIRA
• Contribute to improving engineering and operational excellence standards
• Provide technical guidance and AI expertise across teams

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• 7+ years of strong hands-on experience with Python (full-stack development)
• 2+ years of experience in AI/Generative AI engineering
• 5+ years of experience with AWS
• Strong experience with:
  • LLMs (GPT models) and AI application development
  • Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph)
  • RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures
  • Hugging Face Transformers, PEFT
  • LLM orchestration frameworks
• Experience building scalable, production-ready applications
• Strong understanding of system design and backend architecture

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LLM fine-tuning (nice to have)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Prior client experience highly preferred.
• Experience building multi-agent AI systems
• Exposure to enterprise integrations and large-scale platforms
