The impact you make

• Design and build end‑to‑end AI solutions
• Take systems from idea to production deployment
• Make architecture decisions and ensure scalability
• Lead teams of engineers
• Translate business challenges into technical solutions
• Work with Python, ML frameworks, GenAI, and cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Build scalable systems using MLOps and CI/CD
• Lend your technical expertise to client conversations to successfully start new opportunities

Time allocation: 70 % client project work + 30 % research, internal (domain) work and more.
Note: ML6 is not an outsourcing firm; our agents work on projects together with a team of colleagues.

What you bring

• 4 + years of working experience as a software, ML or AI engineer
• Proven track record in delivering end‑to‑end solutions (to production)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Experience leading projects or small technical teams
• Strong communication skills (technical and non‑technical) in English and German
• Familiarity with MLOps principles and a passion for building robust, scalable systems
