Responsibilities

The following tasks await you:

• Design of scalable AI architectures: Development of performant architectures and integration of ML and GenAI models into customer environments (e.g., SAP, CRM, Microservices)
• Implementation of Pipelines & Workflows: Building scalable data and AI architectures, integration into existing pipelines, (further) development of XOps solutions
• Backend Services & System Integration: Development of performant services for integrating models into productive workflows and ensuring smooth transitions between training, deployment, and application
• Deployment, Monitoring & Optimization: Implementation of prototypes and MVPs in cloud environments, performance optimization, and ensuring scalability and security
• Identification of Use Cases: Analysis of business processes, identification of potentials for GenAI, and derivation of technical solutions
• Project and Stakeholder Management: Moderation of workshops, close coordination with interdisciplinary teams, international project partners, and customers

Requirements

To be prepared for your journey, you have the following qualifications:

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a comparable field with at least 4 years of professional experience, ideally in consulting and (Gen)AI environments
• Passion for AI & Generative AI, scalable systems, cloud technologies, and building performant AI infrastructures
• Expertise in Python, ML, LLMs, RAG, cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, REST APIs, CI/CD
• Knowledge in software architecture, cloud-native design, MLOps, and AI security
• Your working style is characterized by self-responsibility, goal orientation, teamwork, and a hands-on mentality

• Start: by agreement – always at the beginning of a month
• Working hours: full-time (40h) and/or part-time possible; 30 vacation days
