Requirements and Your Profile
- Completed degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT Systems Engineering, or a comparable technical field
- At least 5 years of experience in building and operating productive cloud or AI platforms in an enterprise environment
- In-depth expertise in platform architectures, containerization, cluster architectures, scaling mechanisms, and service-oriented integration patterns
- Confident use of Kubernetes, Terraform or Pulumi, CI/CD toolchains, and at least one hyperscaler cloud such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Structured approach with a focus on scalability, security, and reusability
- Confident and professional communication in German and English
Responsibilities
- Develop and operate scalable platform architectures for ML, LLM, and agentic workloads in an enterprise context
- Implement Infrastructure-as-Code concepts for reproducible AI environments across multiple stages
- Operate containerized training, inference, and MCP server workloads on Kubernetes or cloud-native platforms
- Implement IAM, secrets management, network, and tenant capability concepts at the platform level
- Provide standardized runtime environments and interfaces for Data, ML, and GenAI teams
Compensation
- Salary: €45,000 - €75,000 per year
