Senior AI Platform Infrastructure Engineer (GenAI, Kubernetes)

You’ll play a key role in building resilient, high-performance OpenShift and Kubernetes platforms supporting AI/ML training, inference, and large-scale GPU workloads across hybrid cloud environments.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading complex AI infrastructure initiatives from architecture through to production operations
• Designing and operating OpenShift/Kubernetes platforms optimised for GPU workloads
• Supporting large multi-node GPU clusters and SuperPod environments
• Driving observability and platform reliability using Grafana, Splunk, and enterprise telemetry tools
• Building AI-driven automation and AIOps capabilities for scaling, self-healing, and incident remediation
• Improving platform resilience, performance, and operational excellence in a highly regulated environment
• Mentoring engineers and influencing technical strategy across global teams

Experience

• 5+ years’ infrastructure engineering experience
• Strong Linux and Kubernetes/OpenShift expertise
• Proven experience supporting AI/ML platforms in production
• Experience troubleshooting complex distributed systems and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong knowledge of GPU platform operations, observability, and cloud-native infrastructure
• Exposure to GCP and/or Azure AI platforms highly desirable

Additional Details

• Hybrid working: 2 days onsite per week
• Locations: Charlotte, Texas, Arizona, or New Jersey
• Participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation required
