About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager at Bhanzu, a fast-growing global EdTech startup, your role will involve leading the strategy and execution of AI-driven learning products that aim to revolutionize how students learn. You will be responsible for defining and driving the AI product roadmap, focusing on improving learning outcomes, engagement, and retention.

Responsibilities

AI-Driven Learning Product Strategy

• Define and drive the AI product roadmap to enhance learning outcomes, engagement, and retention
• Develop AI use cases for personalized learning pathways, AI tutoring, adaptive assessments, doubt resolution, and curriculum-aligned content generation
• Align AI initiatives with curriculum frameworks across the US, India, and other global markets

End-to-End Product Ownership

• Lead discovery sessions with students, parents, teachers, and academic experts
• Translate pedagogical goals into AI-powered product requirements
• Own PRDs, experimentation roadmap, model validation cycles, and global rollout
• Define metrics for learning efficacy, engagement, and retention

Collaboration with AI/ML and Learning Teams

• Partner with Data Science and ML teams on various AI initiatives
• Work with Academic and Curriculum teams to ensure AI outputs meet pedagogical standards
• Define training data strategy based on real classroom learning behavior

Global EdTech Market Understanding

• Understand and adapt to curriculum standards like US Common Core and CBSE/ICSE
• Customize AI experiences for different age groups with a K-12 focus
• Analyze competitive AI offerings in the global EdTech landscape

Responsible AI in Education

• Establish guardrails for safe AI usage by minors
• Ensure compliance with global student data privacy regulations
• Set evaluation standards for bias, fairness, and explainability in learning contexts

Qualifications Required

• 6+ years of Product Management experience
• 3+ years building AI/ML products in EdTech, learning platforms, or Digital Health
• Hands-on experience with AI learning features like tutors, adaptive systems, assessments, or content generation tools
• Strong understanding of LLMs, GenAI, RAG architectures, personalization, and recommendation systems
• Track record of measuring real learning outcomes
• Experience leading cross-functional teams
