In this role you will identify high-impact AI opportunities and drive adoption of AI-powered workflows that improve how work gets done. You will partner with operations, product, and data teams to translate pain points into actionable AI use cases and measurable outcomes. You will define requirements, guide cross-functional delivery, and ensure AI copilots integrate into existing workflows with governance and oversight. This is a strategic, scaling role focused on applying AI to automate and accelerate business processes at enterprise scale. You will help shape an AI operating model that delivers value across multiple functions and stakeholders.

- Define governance: acceptable use, decision thresholds, and alignment with privacy/regulatory requirements
- Track performance, measure business outcomes, and iterate on solutions for continuous improvement
- Develop a repeatable AI operating model and identify opportunities for expansion to other departments
Responsibilities
- 5+ years in product management, operations transformation, or business systems delivering workflow automation or enterprise software
- Experience translating complex business processes into technical requirements for engineers
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience defining KPIs and measuring operational impact
- Familiarity with enterprise platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday) and data platforms (e.g., Snowflake)
- Working knowledge of generative AI, RAG-powered search, AI copilots, and agentic workflows
- Experience with change management and agile delivery
- Experience owning build/buy/partner decisions and communicating recommendations
- Familiarity with responsible AI principles and governance
