Senior AI Product Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of AI-powered products and solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong product management expertise with a solid understanding of artificial intelligence and data-driven technologies. You will work closely with AI engineers, data scientists, designers, and business stakeholders to define product vision, prioritize features, and deliver innovative AI solutions that create measurable value for users and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision • Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for AI-powered products and solutions. • Identify market opportunities where artificial intelligence can solve real business problems. • Translate company objectives into clear product goals and measurable outcomes.

Product Development & Delivery • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous improvement. • Work closely with engineering and data science teams to build and deploy AI solutions. • Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

AI Product Design • Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to design AI features such as: • Predictive analytics • Recommendation systems • Natural Language Processing (NLP) • Intelligent automation • Ensure models and algorithms align with product goals and user needs.

Stakeholder Management • Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and leadership teams. • Communicate product vision and updates to internal stakeholders and clients. • Align product development with business priorities and market demands.

Data-Driven Decision Making • Use product analytics, experimentation, and user feedback to guide product decisions. • Monitor product performance and continuously improve AI features based on insights.

AI Ethics & Governance • Ensure responsible and ethical use of AI technologies. • Consider data privacy, fairness, and transparency when designing AI-driven features.

Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Data Science, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in technology or SaaS environments. • Experience working on AI, machine learning, or data-driven products. • Strong understanding of the software product development lifecycle. • Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams.

Technical Understanding

While the role is product-focused, the candidate should have a strong conceptual understanding of: • Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts • Data analytics and data pipelines • Natural Language Processing (NLP) • Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) • APIs and system integrations • Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
