Your Role – Senior AI Project Manager Consulting

Du führst AI-/GenAI-Projekte bei mehreren Kunden von Discovery & Scoping bis produktiver Umsetzung und Rollout. Wichtig ist uns dabei:

• Hands-on Delivery instead of ivory tower: you implement projects and have real customer experience.
• Clear AI focus: you know AI Fundamentals, LLM integration, context creation, Human-AI-Interaction, process automation, AgenticAI, ...
• Execution strength: clear goals, clean scoping, fast learning cycles, production-near results, team and customer coordination.

Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Expert:innen aus AI, Data Science, Engineering und Consulting sowie mit den Kundenteams zusammen und stellst sicher, dass Scope, Timeline, Risiken, Qualität und Adoption sauber gesteuert werden.

Responsibilities

• Project leadership for AI-/GenAI projects with our clients: Discovery/Scoping, MVP, implementation, rollout
• Technical elaboration and implementation of AI solutions – tech-agnostic and always close to the latest market developments
• Translating business goals into actionable project plans, backlogs, milestones, and decision-making bases
• Managing stakeholders (C-level to department level), moderating workshops and alignment meetings
• Active risk management: data access, security/compliance, evaluation, dependencies, integration, adoption
• Setup & enforcement of delivery standards: Definition of Done, Review-/Quality-Gates, documentation, lessons learned
• Close collaboration with a young, dynamic delivery team: prioritization, technical guidance, blocker removal, expectation management

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in leading and/or implementing complex digital-/data-/AI projects (ideally consulting)
• Understanding of AI projects at a foundational level: LLM/GenAI, RAG, evaluation/quality, data access, integration, ...
• Strong communication and moderation skills, suitable for C-level interaction
• High level of structure, ownership, and hands-on mindset ("Doer not just Manager")
• Languages: Fluent German (C1+), good English
