What You’ll Do

• Lead the full lifecycle of AI projects — from idea to deployment and impact.
• Work closely with scientists, data experts, and technical teams.
• Shape AI project roadmaps and ensure best‑practice delivery.
• Champion agile ways of working and drive responsible, ethical AI adoption.
• Contribute to a collaborative PM community and mentor others.

What You Bring

• Solid experience in project/program management within pharma or biotech.
• Experience with AI/ML or data-driven projects.
• Strong understanding of drug discovery environments.
• Confident managing technical/scientific teams and complex stakeholders.
• PM certifications (PMP, Scrum) and AI/ML training are a strong advantage.
