ABOUT THE ROLE

The Senior AI Solutions Engineer is an advanced subject matter expert, responsible for actively participating in identifying high-value use cases, assessing solution feasibility, prototyping innovative ideas, and delivering successful pilot projects.

MAIN DUTIES

The position involves the following core deliverables: • AI Model Development: Develop, fine-tune, and deploy AI models, including large language models (LLMs) such as GPT-4, and design effective prompt engineering strategies. • Enterprise Integration: Integrate AI solutions securely with existing enterprise systems like CRM, ERP, and HRIS via API development and integration. • Data & Infrastructure: Build and optimize end-to-end data pipelines, manage structured and unstructured datasets using vector databases, and scale solutions in cloud environments like Azure, AWS, and GCP. • Operations & Compliance: Implement DevOps and MLOps practices while ensuring AI solutions adhere to industry standards and compliance regulations like GDPR and HIPAA.

A commitment to responsible AI is essential: • Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate risks associated with AI deployments, addressing ethical considerations, biases, and unintended consequences.

REQUIREMENTS

Candidates must demonstrate the following education, experience, and behaviors: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. • Experience: 4-6 years of experience developing, deploying, and maintaining AI and machine learning solutions in enterprise environments. • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Python, prompt engineering, cloud computing platforms, and MLOps best practices. • Preferred Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Data Scientist Associate.
