I am recruiting for a Senior Analog IC Design Engineer to join my client’s team in the South of France. This Senior Analog IC Design Engineer position offers the opportunity to work on complex custom IC developments across a range of applications, contributing from early architecture through to production.

The Senior Analog IC Design Engineer will play a key role in defining architectures, balancing power, area and performance, and translating system requirements into robust circuit specifications.

Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To

  • Lead architecture definition and feasibility studies in collaboration with customers and internal teams
  • Evaluate design trade-offs and select optimal solutions for analog IC development
  • Define and document ASIC specifications
  • Present design decisions and progress to both internal stakeholders and customers
  • Contribute hands on to circuit design and support continuous improvement of methodologies
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance across project phases
  • Support silicon validation, testing and qualification through to production

Requirements

I am looking for someone with some of the following experience:

  • Around 8+ years of experience in analog IC design
  • Strong background in power management design, such as LDOs, DC-DC converters and high voltage drivers
  • Experience with architecture definition, layout-aware design and high-voltage CMOS processes
  • Proven track record delivering designs from concept to production
  • Confident working with customers and cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to lead technically
