Position Summary

The Senior Analyst, Business Operations eCommerce, plays a critical role in leveraging data analytics and business acumen to support strategic decision-making and operational excellence. This team operates at the intersection of Seller Fulfilled Business, Product, Technology, Analytics, Marketing, Sales, and Support functions. It focuses on delivering high-quality recommendations to advance business goals while maintaining rigorous standards. This position will be fully onsite in Bentonville, AR or San Bruno, CA

What you'll do

• Analyze customer and market data to generate actionable insights supporting eCommerce business strategies.
• Develop and present clear, data-driven reports and recommendations to influence business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and resolve operational challenges.
• Support project management activities by tracking progress, identifying risks, and proposing solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, information technology, retail, human resources, or related area.
• OR 2 years' experience in business, finance, information technology, or related area.

Salary Information

San Bruno, California US-08848: The annual salary range for this position is $78,000.00 - $143,000.00

BENTONVILLE, Arkansas US-07208: The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
