Senior Analyst / Early Associate

The Role

As part of a growing Life Sciences team, you will play a key role in the execution of transactions across the biotech space, working closely with senior bankers and clients.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Execution of equity offerings (IPOs, follow-ons, PIPEs, CMPOs)
• Supporting M&A advisory mandates across biotech and life sciences
• Involvement in debt and convertible financings
• Building and maintaining detailed financial models and valuation analyses
• Preparing client materials, including pitchbooks and marketing documents
• Conducting sector research across biotech / life sciences companies
• Direct exposure to senior management teams and investor clients

The Candidate

We are looking for high-calibre candidates with:

• 2–4 years’ experience within Investment Banking
• Strong preference for Healthcare / Biotech / Life Sciences exposure
• Experience across Equity is highly desirable
• Solid technical skillset across valuation and financial modelling
• Demonstrated interest in the biotech / healthcare sector
• Excellent communication skills and ability to operate in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment
