As a Senior Analyst, you'll manage the complete lifecycle of capital projects, providing essential insights for budgeting and forecasting. Your role includes maintaining the asset register, evaluating idle assets, and facilitating the disposal or redeployment of underutilized resources. You will ensure compliance during audits and improve internal controls related to asset management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle of capital projects from approval to closeout
• Lead annual CapEx budgeting and variance analysis
• Maintain accurate fixed asset and idle asset registers
• Prepare financial analysis for impairment reviews
• Conduct periodic fixed-asset physical counts

Requirements

• 5–10+ years in manufacturing finance or cost accounting
• CPA/CMA preferred; degree in Finance or Engineering
• Strong knowledge of CapEx and fixed assets
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
