Senior Analyst Renewables – Projektcontrolling & Investments (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

• Technical and disciplinary leadership of the existing team and targeted further development of project controlling at Enovos Renewables GmbH
• Translation of strategic group guidelines into economic guardrails for renewables projects and further development of group-wide assumptions
• Further development and standardization of business and financial models, as well as evaluation of new marketing, financing, and cooperation models
• Economic evaluation of projects and investments (business cases, scenario and sensitivity analyses)
• Controlling and management of projects and companies, including analysis of budget deviations and preparation of forecasts
• Preparation and support of management and committee decisions
• Interface function for sales topics, such as consistent market, price, and revenue assumptions

Qualifications

• Completed Master's or Diploma degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or comparable
• At least five years of relevant professional experience in the economic evaluation of projects and investments, e.g., in project or investment controlling
• Very good knowledge of financial modeling and investment calculation, as well as confident use of Excel and PowerBI
• Leadership experience is an advantage, but not a prerequisite
• Ability to comprehend complex issues holistically and prepare them in a structured manner
• Confidence in creating decision-ready presentations at management level
• Strong communication and assertiveness skills in cross-departmental structures
• Very good German language skills (written and spoken) and fluent English skills
