Senior Analyst

About the Role:

This Senior Analyst position in Strategy & Analytics plays a crucial role in our Customer Success organization. You will help us transition from manual data management to a streamlined, automated operation by ensuring our Go-To-Market strategy is supported by high-integrity data.

Responsibilities:

• Data Stewardship & Health: Ensure the integrity of our Go-To-Market data ecosystem and maintain accurate Salesforce and Snowflake datasets.
• Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in data collection and reporting processes; develop automated solutions for smoother annual planning and reporting.
• Stakeholder Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators and create actionable insights from complex data.
• Insights for Growth: Provide data-driven analyses to support organizational design and customer coverage, ensuring alignment for success.
• Project Execution: Oversee the lifecycle of Go-To-Market projects, including building Tableau visualizations and guiding teams in tool utilization.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 4+ years in analytics or related fields, preferably from a leading consulting firm or high-growth SaaS company.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI). Familiarity with Salesforce, Snowflake, and Python is a plus.
• Strategic & Analytical Acumen: Strong ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Leadership & Influence: Proven experience in working with cross-functional leaders and influencing stakeholders.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills for high-level discussions with executives.
• Dynamic Environment Aptitude: A self-starter with high energy, capable of thriving in fast-paced settings.
• Collaboration: Effective collaborator skilled in building strong relationships and fostering trust.

Flexibility:

This position requires working in the Salesforce office three times per week.
