Your Role

Become part of the M&A Business Solutions team as a Senior Analyst (w/m/d).

What You'll Do

• Advise our clients on the buy and sell side in M&A transactions in the area of M&A transaction insurance.
• Tender and place M&A transaction insurances on the market.
• Advise our clients on further due diligence services and arrange them.
• Maintain and actively expand our network of lawyers.
• Develop new client relationships (possibly with success participation) in the M&A environment.
• Potentially have an interest in leading your own team.

What We're Looking For

• Successfully completed studies in business administration, law, or a comparable degree program.
• Already have experience in consulting in the M&A environment; experience in M&A transaction insurance is desirable but not essential.
• Possess very good communication skills as well as a strong team and customer orientation.
• Convince our clients with your analytical and process-oriented skills as well as your confident demeanor.
• Work both independently and together with your colleagues in a dynamic and successful team within the MRH Trowe Group.
