Senior App Engineer

Responsibilities

• Implement new features in the app version using Dart and Flutter to achieve the highest performance standards.
• Collaborate closely with experienced developers, product managers, QA, and designers to deliver new components and features.
• Implement impactful features for targeted optimization of UI/UX and conversion rates.
• Directly shape team processes through regular agile retrospectives and define acceptance criteria to ensure feature acceptance in coordination with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• More than 4 years of programming experience, with at least one year in app development.
• Extensive experience in frontend development, ideally across multiple frameworks.
• In-depth knowledge of Flutter.
• Strong expertise in UI development and building complex frontend logic.
• Solid understanding of structuring complex frontend logic.
• Creation of well-structured, efficient, and maintainable code, and active safeguarding of code quality.
• Excellent analytical skills and strong problem-solving competence.
• Confident working in an English-speaking environment.
• Excellent problem-solving: Ability to solve conceptual, non-standard problems and make sound judgments based on various information sources.
• High autonomy and self-responsibility: Motivated and independent working style in implementing complex features with low management overhead.
• Strong communication skills: Transparent, honest, and effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Team player: Active knowledge sharing, inspiring other team members, and focus on achieving team goals.

Nice to Have

• Design awareness and the ability to collaborate closely with designers.
• Familiarity with gRPC and Go in the area of shop backend.
• Expertise in UI and animation development.
