Description : Senior Application Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)Experience : 8+ YearsRole Overview : We are looking for a Senior Application SRE with a strong application engineering foundation and a consulting mindset to own the reliability, performance, and operational excellence of cloud-native applications. The role bridges application development and cloud/platform reliability.Key Responsibilities : - Own application SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, and reliability metrics.- Drive incident management, RCA, and MTTR reduction.- Improve application performance, scalability, and resilience.- Design and implement observability (logs, metrics, traces).- Automate deployments, recovery, and operational workflows.- Partner with application and platform teams as a reliability advisorRequirements : - 8+ years in Application Engineering / SRE / Production Systems.- Strong experience with distributed, cloud-native applications.- Proficiency in any programming language- Hands-on experience in any cloud environment.- Excellent stakeholder communication and consulting skills- Kubernetes, microservices, DevOps/SRE best practices- Experience in influencing reliability practices across teams.
