Requirements

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• 10 to 15+ years of experience in software development
• 5 to 7 years in Solutions Architecture
• Strong communication abilities
• Expertise in domain driven design (DDD), API, microservices, event-driven architecture, and cloud-native principles
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, along with messaging, integration, and data streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka, MQ)
• Familiarity with caching and database solutions (both RDBMS and NoSQL)
• Experienced with application development frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot) and software architecture patterns
• Knowledge of GenAI solutions

Responsibilities

• Develop complex proof of concepts and end-to-end solutions, serving as a subject matter expert for financial challenges
• Propose and design solutions for risk calculations, trade analytics, compliance, and regulatory reporting
• Create architectural artifacts that align with established principles and promote scalable, resilient cloud-based solutions
• Lead design discussions with engineers and stakeholders to formulate solutions
• Conduct proof of concept and analysis on potential solutions with a failure-fast approach to achieve target objectives
• Develop common business functions and capabilities within the ERM ecosystem to streamline technology and expedite time to market

$92,000 - 118,000 per year
