Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Architectural Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of exciting projects in Abuja, Federal Capital Territory, NG . This hybrid role offers a blend of in‑office collaboration and remote flexibility. You will be responsible for managing all phases of the architectural project lifecycle, from initial client engagement and conceptualization through to design, construction, and project closeout. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of architectural design principles, project management methodologies, and construction processes. Responsibilities include defining project scopes, developing detailed project plans, managing budgets and timelines, and coordinating with project teams, clients, consultants, and contractors. You will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills are essential for managing diverse stakeholders and resolving complex project challenges. The ability to anticipate potential issues and implement proactive solutions will be highly valued. You will play a crucial role in fostering positive client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of architectural projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee the design development process, ensuring adherence to project requirements and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial objectives are met.
• Facilitate effective communication among project team members and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and contractual obligations.
• Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to senior management and clients.
• Resolve project-related issues and disputes in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture or a related field; PMP certification is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural project management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex architectural projects from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of architectural design, construction methods, and building codes.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana) and architectural software.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
• Experience working in a hybrid or collaborative team environment.
