Our creative work is a key pillar of our success. We develop a wide variety of media and advertising materials for our clients: from online ads and social media content to videos and digital brand experiences.

As an Art Director specializing in UX/Web Design, Social Media, and Motion Design, you’ll support our creative team and collaborate with over 20 colleagues from project management, (web) design, and, of course, web development.

YOUR PROFILE

Your Responsibilities

• You will conceptualize and design sophisticated digital projects in the areas of web, social media, motion design, video, etc.

• You will produce eye-catching video content, graphics, or animations for various social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) or the web.

• You will develop storyboards for video projects (visual and narrative concepts) and oversee their visual implementation, including animation, editing, and sound design.

• In the area of UX design: You create designs and user flows for our digital products based on criteria such as usability, functional design, and a mobile-first approach.

• In doing so, you manage the iterative design process, from the initial idea through mockups and prototypes to user acceptance testing and the final delivery of the design.

Your Qualifications

• You have a degree in design (e.g., with a focus on media, communication, or interaction design) or a comparable qualification (media designer) with relevant professional experience (at least 3 years).

• You have professional experience in brainstorming and developing design concepts for digital, social media, motion design, or 360° content.

• You are proficient in using After Effects, Adobe XD, Figma, InVision, Balsamiq, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and the entire Adobe Creative Cloud.

• You have a strong sense of moving images, visual storytelling, and narrative design.

• You have extensive experience creating graphics and video animations for social media channels, and ideally also experience in photography and video production.

• You have an independent and performance-oriented work style with high standards for quality, as well as strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

• Design is your passion, and you are dedicated, curious, and have a keen sense for current visual trends.
