Senior Artificial Intelligence Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE

Brainspost is building intelligent systems designed to help businesses automate operations, improve decision-making, and scale faster through artificial intelligence.

We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative Senior Artificial Intelligence Engineer to lead the development and implementation of AI-powered solutions across our products and internal systems.

This is not a basic implementation role — we are looking for someone who can think strategically, build intelligently, and contribute to the long-term AI vision of the company. You will work on real-world AI systems ranging from automation tools and intelligent assistants to predictive workflows and AI-driven business operations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered systems and intelligent workflows
• Develop and integrate machine learning models into real-world applications
• Work on NLP, automation, recommendation systems, and AI agents
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and strategy teams to develop scalable AI solutions
• Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability
• Research and test emerging AI tools, APIs, frameworks, and technologies
• Build internal AI systems to improve productivity and operations
• Translate business problems into practical AI-driven solutions
• Maintain documentation and technical reports for systems and processes

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, model training, and deployment
• Experience with Python and AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, OpenAI APIs, or similar technologies
• Experience building or integrating AI systems into products or workflows
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
• Good communication and collaboration skills

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with LLMs, AI agents, or generative AI systems
• Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval systems
• Experience with SaaS platforms or startup environments
• Understanding of automation systems and AI-assisted operations
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and AI deployment pipelines
