Join Grant Thornton as a Senior Associate in Advisory Marketing, where you'll play a key role in executing impactful marketing programs for our Advisory practice. As an integral member of our Advisory Marketing team, you will work closely with the Advisory Marketing Manager and Leader, assisting in the implementation of strategic campaigns and the coordination of marketing assets across various channels, including digital, content development, and events. This position is perfect for detail‑oriented marketers who have experience in professional services or B2B sectors and are excited about managing multiple projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in executing go‑to‑market campaigns aligned with our top Advisory offerings, guided by the Advisory Marketing Manager.
  • Coordinate integrated marketing activities across digital platforms, content, events, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Support partnership marketing efforts with key allies like Microsoft and Oracle, helping to create marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Participate in marketing integration activities related to acquisitions, updating materials and aligning messaging.
  • Contribute to the development of Advisory marketing content, including insights, case studies, and digital assets.
  • Collaborate with internal experts and marketing teams to gather necessary input for campaign deliverables.
  • Work alongside Audit, Tax, and firmwide marketing teams to ensure messaging consistency and alignment.
  • Track and compile metrics on campaign performance, such as engagement and lead generation.
  • Maintain campaign calendars and support project timelines to keep initiatives on track.
  • Advise on improvements to marketing processes and enhance team collaboration.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Technical Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 3‑5 years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 2 years in B2B professional services, preferably in consulting or advisory roles.
  • Understanding of various marketing channels and their strategic relevance in achieving business goals.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of creating engaging content and presentations.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within teams to meet established objectives.
  • Creativity in developing marketing solutions and problem‑solving.
  • A commitment to learning and applying best practices in marketing.

Compensation

The base salary for this position ranges from $76,000 to $114,000 per year in selected office locations. In Washington, DC; Boston, MA; Edison, NJ; New York, NY; and Melville, NY, the salary range is $82,080 to $123,120 per year.
