KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, AI Solutions Engineer to join our Advisory Services practice.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior team members to develop GenAI / LLM applications and integrations utilizing foundational models.
- Assist in the development and testing of AI models, conversational agents, and workflow automation components.
- Support data preparation, transformation, and validation to effectively train and deploy AI/ML models.
- Configure and integrate AI solutions into enterprise applications (CRM, ERP, collaboration tools) using cloud platforms.
- Document processes, code, and technical workflows to ensure knowledge sharing and project continuity; work with project teams to resolve technical issues and ensure solutions meet client requirements.
- Stay informed about emerging AI tools and frameworks, experimenting and applying them to real-world client projects.

Qualifications
- A minimum of three years of relevant professional or academic experience in AI/ML, data science, software engineering, or cloud technologies.
- A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience with at least one major cloud AI platform (Azure AI, AWS AI/Bedrock, or Google Cloud Vertex AI).
- Proficiency in Python or another programming language commonly used in AI/ML.
- Familiarity with conversational AI frameworks (LLMs, chatbots, virtual assistants, agents) and APIs.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; ability to work effectively in a team-based, client-focused environment.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
