Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Drive strategic growth initiatives and cultivate new client relationships.
• Entrepreneurial Development: Contribute to the firm’s expansion and explore innovative business opportunities.
• Networking: Represent the firm through active participation in industry events, exhibitions, and professional forums.
• Conference Attendance: Stay at the forefront of industry trends and thought leadership.
• Team Leadership & Morale: Inspire, mentor, and motivate multidisciplinary design teams to deliver creative excellence.
• Project Leadership: Lead and manage architectural and design projects from concept through completion, ensuring quality, efficiency, and innovation.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Requirements

• Professional Architect registered with SACAP.
• Minimum 8–12 years of post-qualification experience in architectural design and project leadership.
• Proven experience in managing teams and delivering large-scale projects.
• Strong business acumen with a track record in business or client development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
