We are seeking a Senior Associate, Performance Marketing to translate high-level business priorities into actionable, high-growth marketing roadmaps. In this role, you will own key workstreams end-to-end—driving everything from initial planning and stakeholder approvals to final measurement and executive-level reporting.
You will act as a data-driven strategist, optimizing campaign results through sophisticated audience segmentation, promotional strategy, and continuous experimentation across placements. Responsibilities
- Promotions strategy: Build and manage the annual promotions roadmap, including business cases, forecasting, and leadership approvals via established governance.
- Performance management & reporting: Manage Travel Marketing EMR inputs and leadership reporting (campaign recaps, OKR tracking); partner with Finance and D&A to improve data storytelling, including incrementality reads.
- Experimentation: Define and socialize the test-and-learn roadmap; coordinate execution across Data Science, D&A, CMAT, Audience, Product, and channel owners; deliver readouts and apply learnings to optimize performance.
- Audience insights (D&A deep dives): Lead ad hoc analytics workstreams from strategy submissions through executive-ready insights and recommendations.
- Owned channel activation: Develop marketing plans and roadmaps across email and owned placements, integrating segmentation, testing, and performance optimization.
- Cross-functional initiatives: Provide strategic partnership support for priority programs/partners
- Creative/brand governance: Drive creative and imagery alignment and approvals through Strategy and Creative Review Forums, ensuring timelines, compliance readiness, and launch quality.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in performance marketing, lifecycle/CRM, growth marketing, or marketing analytics.
- Demonstrated experience building roadmaps and launching omni-channel marketing initiatives with measurable outcomes.
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills; ability to translate data into actions and executive-ready materials.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional workstreams, manage timelines, and navigate governance/approvals.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with promotions/offer strategy, experimentation/incrementality, and audience segmentation.
- Familiarity with dashboarding and performance reporting; travel, marketplace, or financial services experience a plus.
