About the team

Our team is dedicated to developing a generative-AI-powered clinical decision support tool designed to assist healthcare professionals in swiftly finding trustworthy, evidence-based answers at the point of care. This innovative tool merges a vast curated medical knowledge base with conversational AI, allowing clinicians to ask questions in natural language for concise, clinically relevant responses grounded in real scientific evidence.

Qualifications

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks using Webdriver.io or Playwright, showcasing strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Effectively translate product requirements into automated test strategies, optimizing frameworks for reliability and performance.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive RESTful API tests, ensuring functionality, security, authentication, and performance.
  • Implement and support BDD practices (Cucumber/Gherkin) to align business requirements with automated test coverage.
  • Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, BrowserStack) with features for parallel execution, reporting, and artifact management.
  • Conduct accessibility testing aligned with WCAG guidelines using tools such as Axe, Pa11y, or WAVE, along with manual validation practices.
  • Design and execute performance and load testing utilizing tools like K6, Locust, or JMeter, while identifying system bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate across teams in Agile environments, manage defects in tracking systems, and provide comprehensive documentation to ensure high-quality releases.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript with hands-on experience in building and maintaining automation frameworks utilizing Webdriver.io or Playwright.
  • Show proven ability to create scalable, maintainable test architectures (e.g., Page Object Model, modular frameworks) and effectively translate product requirements into automated test coverage.
  • Exhibit solid experience in RESTful API testing, including validation of authentication (OAuth/JWT), data integrity, error handling, and performance.
  • Possess practical experience in integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, BrowserStack) with capabilities for parallel execution and automated reporting.
  • Have working knowledge of BDD frameworks (e.g., Cucumber/Gherkin) and the ability to ensure automated tests align with business requirements.
  • Experience in conducting accessibility testing according to WCAG standards, utilizing tools like Axe, Pa11y, or WAVE, including manual validation techniques.

Compensation

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $86,600 - $144,400. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to reflect local market rates. If based in New Jersey, the base pay range is $97,867 - $156,333. This position is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
