To strengthen the team at the Visp site, an experienced personality is sought for the technical leadership of an EMR sub-team. The focus is on project planning, maintenance, documentation, knowledge transfer, and compliance with GMP and safety regulations.

Your tasks:

• Planning and implementation of automation projects (plant optimizations, expansions, product changes)
• Technical responsibility for all project phases – from conception to commissioning
• Participation in interdisciplinary project teams and involvement in risk analyses and operational trials
• Ensuring reliable, economical maintenance in a GMP-regulated environment
• Coordination of internal and external partners and monitoring of the maintenance budget
• Maintenance and ongoing updating of plant documentation (SAP, COMOS)
• Responsibility for GMP-compliant change management and system maintenance
• Technical support for defined EMR areas and knowledge transfer to workshop and operating personnel
• Compliance with and implementation of current GMP, safety, and environmental regulations

Your profile:

• Completed degree as an engineer (ETH, FH, HF) in electrical, automation, or systems engineering
• Several years of experience in operation, maintenance, or plant construction in a GMP-regulated environment
• Knowledge of SAP, COMOS, DeltaV, MES is an advantage
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing, good English skills
• Structured and independent way of working with a high degree of personal responsibility
• Team-oriented thinking, clear communication, and high resilience
• Openness to new technologies and agile working methods
