Senior Automation Engineer with DeltaV

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Automation Engineer with DeltaV expertise to support commissioning and qualification (C&Q) activities in a biopharma manufacturing environment. This role requires strong hands‑on experience in DeltaV DCS, troubleshooting in live GMP environments, and automation support during execution phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as an on‑site DeltaV Automation Engineer supporting C&Q execution
• Troubleshoot, configure, and support DeltaV control systems, logic, and phases
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
• Support test execution, issue investigation, remediation, and retesting
• Collaborate with client and cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment with functional specifications
• Identify automation issues and implement solutions under change control
• Ensure compliance with GMP, validation, and site procedures

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Automation Engineering experience
• Strong hands‑on experience with DeltaV DCS in pharma/biopharma manufacturing
• Proven experience in C&Q (Commissioning & Qualification)
• Strong troubleshooting skills in live manufacturing environments
• Solid understanding of:
  • GMP, GAMP, ISA‑88
  • Validation and regulatory requirements

• No QA Selenium testers or pure CSV authorship roles
• CSV activities are supported indirectly through automation execution and issue resolution
