As a Senior Automation Test Engineer with Power Automate Exp, you will make an impact by ensuring the quality, reliability, and scalability of enterprise solutions within the Supply Chain and Logistics domain. You will be a valued member of the delivery team and work collaboratively with product owners, developers, business stakeholders, and offshore teams to drive high‑quality outcomes across complex system integrations.
In this role, you will:
- Lead end-to-end test strategy, test planning, and execution across functional and automation testing initiatives
- Analyze functional and technical specifications, including system integration and mapping documentation, to derive comprehensive test scenarios and test cases
- Design, implement, and maintain automation frameworks using tools such as Power Automate and UiPath
- Drive automation testing for APIs, web services, and end-to-end workflows
- Provide test estimations, support project proof‑of‑concepts (POCs), and ensure delivery timelines are met
- Manage defect triage, reporting, and resolution in collaboration with cross‑functional teams
- Coordinate effectively across onsite and offshore teams, ensuring clear communication and delivery alignment
- Act as a customer‑facing test lead, presenting status, risks, and quality metrics to stakeholders

What you need to have to be considered
- 5+ years of overall Quality Engineering or testing experience in enterprise environments
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Automate
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience with UiPath
- Strong domain experience in Supply Chain Management and Logistics
- Proven experience leading test strategy, test planning, and test execution as a Test Lead
- Hands‑on experience with automation testing, including API and web services testing
- Experience using Azure DevOps / Team Foundation Server (TFS) for test and defect management
- Strong understanding of PL/SQL for database validation and backend testing
- Experience coordinating work across onsite and offshore delivery models

- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
- Prior experience setting up or enhancing automation frameworks from scratch
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with strong customer‑facing capability
- Demonstrated team leadership experience, including mentoring QA teams
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills

Salary and other compensation
- Applications will be accepted until April 17th, 2026
- The annual salary for this position is between $53,477 to $92,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate
- This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans
