Key Responsibilities: Conceptualize and develop innovative automotive designs, from initial sketches to production-ready models. Create detailed 2D and 3D CAD models and renderings using industry-leading design software. Collaborate with product planning and engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and integration. Develop design proposals, presentations, and prototypes to communicate concepts effectively. Stay abreast of emerging automotive design trends, technologies, and materials. Ensure designs meet performance, safety, regulatory, and manufacturing requirements. Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback. Work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure manufacturability of designs. Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform design direction. Mentor junior designers and contribute to a collaborative design culture. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Automotive Design, Industrial Design, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in automotive exterior or interior design. Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design talent and creativity. Proficiency in design software such as CATIA, Alias, SolidWorks, or similar. Deep understanding of automotive styling, ergonomics, and user experience. Knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes and materials. Excellent visualization, sketching, and rendering skills. Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively and independently in a remote setting.
