Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Automotive Systems Engineer to join their innovative team in **Calabar, Cross River, NG**. This role is pivotal in the design, integration, and validation of complex automotive systems for next-generation vehicles. You will be responsible for ensuring that all systems function seamlessly together, meeting stringent performance, safety, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of automotive electrical architectures, control systems, and embedded software. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in automotive systems engineering. In-depth knowledge of automotive architectures and subsystems. Proficiency in automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Automotive Ethernet). Experience with system modeling and simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink). Familiarity with automotive functional safety standards (ISO 26262). Strong understanding of embedded systems and software development processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
