Responsibilities

  • Lead the architectural design and development of advanced automotive systems, ensuring integration, performance, and reliability.

  • Develop and maintain system models, simulations, and control algorithms using industry‑standard tools.
  • Oversee the validation and verification of system components and overall system performance, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
  • Collaborate closely with suppliers and manufacturing partners to ensure seamless integration and production readiness.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance throughout the development lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in automotive systems engineering.
  • Proven track record in designing and validating complex automotive subsystems (e.g., powertrain, chassis control, ADAS, infotainment).
  • Proficiency in system modeling and simulation tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, Modelica, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of automotive communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN, Ethernet).
  • Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a distributed team setting.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
