Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Azure DevOps Engineer with extensive experience in designing, implementing and managing end-to-end DevOps solutions in Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipeline management and cloud-native technologies, with the ability to lead a DevOps team and drive automation best practices across complex environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Provision Azure infra using Terraform; maintain code in Git; follow landing zone standards.

• CI/CD Automation: Build pipelines (Azure DevOps/GitHub); automate build, test and deployments with security checks.

• Testing Automation: Automate unit/integration/performance testing within CI/CD.

• Cloud Operations and Monitoring: Monitor (Azure Monitor/App Insights), manage patching, scaling, backups and SLAs.

• Security and Compliance: Manage secrets (Key Vault), ensure compliance and vulnerability remediation.

• Collaboration and Enablement: Enable DevOps culture and support cloud-native development.

• Azure B2C Knowledge: Basic working knowledge.

Competencies Desired

• Technical / Functional:

• 6-10 years in Azure DevOps or Cloud Infrastructure roles.

• Strong hands-on expertise in Terraform, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).

• In-depth understanding of Azure cloud architecture and PaaS components.

• Proven experience in automation, monitoring, and cost governance within Azure environments.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Azure certifications such as AZ-400 (DevOps Engineer Expert) or AZ-104 (Azure Administrator) preferred.
