The Senior Business Analyst – Loan IQ will support data migration, integration, and implementation initiatives within banking systems. This role focuses on gathering and analyzing business and data requirements, supporting system migration activities, and ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions. The position requires strong expertise in Loan IQ, data analysis, and financial systems within a banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Support migration activities from legacy systems to Loan IQ, including data profiling and mapping.
• Analyze data structures and validate data migration strategies and implementation approaches.
• Work with project teams to build, test, and validate solutions.
• Track and manage issues from initiation through production deployment.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders and provide status updates on deliverables.
• Support quality control and validation of Loan IQ system processes.
• Manage and prioritize data requirements and coordinate with multiple teams.
• Assist in application support and ensure system stability.
• Support regulatory reporting and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Recent experience in the financial services industry.
• Experience working in a sell-side banking environment.
• Experience with Loan IQ systems, including migration or implementation projects.
• Strong SQL Server and data analysis skills.
• Experience with data profiling, schema mapping, and data modeling concepts.
• Familiarity with Python for data analysis or processing.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work across teams effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting large-scale data migration or system transformation projects.
• Familiarity with regulatory reporting and compliance processes.
• Experience in application support within banking systems.
