You will work closely with stakeholders across technology, operations, credit risk, and collections teams to analyse trends, optimise processes, and drive smarter business decisions through advanced reporting and analytical solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or related field (non-negotiable)
• Minimum 5+ years years’ experience as a BI Analyst, Business Analyst, or Data Analyst in fintech, financial services, credit, or collections environments
• Strong understanding of credit risk, collections operations, or financial data analysis
• Advanced SQL skills and strong reporting capability
• Experience with BI and visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
• Strong analytical thinking and stakeholder engagement ability
• Experience working with large datasets and translating data into business insights
