Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js
• Build and manage API integrations and external system connections
• Work with Azure cloud infrastructure for deployment and scaling
• Implement and manage event-driven systems, including geolocation-based features
• Develop and optimize push notification orchestration systems
• Contribute to DevOps processes, including CI/CD, monitoring, and infrastructure improvements
• Ensure system reliability, performance, and security
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, hardware, and software)
• Make independent architectural decisions and drive technical solutions

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in backend development with strong expertise in Node.js
• Solid experience with DevOps practices and cloud environments (preferably Azure)
• Proven experience with API development and system integrations
• Experience with event-driven architectures
• Strong understanding of scalable system design
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of solutions
• Good communication skills and conversational English

Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare projects or familiarity with healthcare regulations
• Knowledge of geolocation-based systems
• Experience with push notification systems at scale
• Exposure to hardware + software integrated environments
