Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain custom Drupal modules that extend the core functionality to effectively address business needs.
  • Implement and optimize API integrations, facilitating seamless information exchange between different systems.
  • Construct and configure Drupal sites adhering to industry best practices for performance, security, and scalability.
  • Collaborate within the Acquia platform ecosystem, including the use of Cloud IDE and related tools for effective site management.
  • Engage collaboratively with cross-functional teams to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Remain updated on emerging Drupal technologies, including AI features and Canvas capabilities.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Drupal architecture, core concepts, and best development practices.
  • Proven experience in developing custom modules and expanding Drupal functionality through code.
  • Ability to implement and consume APIs within Drupal environments effectively.
  • Expertise in Drupal site building, including managing content types, taxonomies, and configuration management.
  • Familiarity with the Acquia platform and its ecosystem, particularly Cloud IDE.
  • Solid understanding of Drupal’s API structure and methods for efficient information exchange.
  • Experience with frontend development, Drupal AI, or Drupal Canvas is considered a bonus.

Location

This remote position cannot be performed in New York City.

Salary

The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $140,000, reflecting base salary only. Individual compensation packages within this range will depend on various factors such as geographic location, experience, and qualifications.
