Your Mission

You'll bring our Java/Spring Boot platform to the next level: faster, more stable, smarter. From AI integration and heuristics to high-performance processing, you'll work where backend truly gets exciting.

What You'll Achieve

• Develop smart heuristics for document classification and extraction.
• Design and implement scalable backend services with Spring Boot.
• Optimize performance, observability, and system stability in live operation.
• Integrate modern AI/LLM components into productive systems.
• Ensure clean logging, monitoring, and reliable processing on a million-scale.
• Actively participate in code reviews and architectural decisions.

What You Bring

• Very strong Java and Spring Boot skills.
• Experience with Distributed Systems and High-Load Architectures.
• Know-how in monitoring and observability, e.g., with Sentry, Tracing, and Logging.
• Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and database performance.
• DevOps mindset and experience in productive operation.
• Understanding of SRE and Production Engineering principles.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Caching.
• Experience with Message Queues.
• Experience with Stream Processing.
