On the surface, the crawler's mission seems simple: retrieve all market listings to alert 4 million users in real-time.

But under the hood, it's a real war machine: LLM-powered scrapers, robust matching algorithms, duplicate and scam detection, and categorization with our AI models.

By joining a small but highly effective team, you'll dive into all the challenges necessary to make real estate search simpler, faster, and smarter.

Tech Stack

2 teams:

• Product: mobile, web, agency dashboard, CRM. (4 people)
• Crawler: scrapers, filtering/matching algorithms, devops, scalability. (4 people) + YOU !!!

Your Missions

In the Crawler team, you will work on our 3 fundamental pillars:

• Coverage (All listings): Add new sources; Make existing feeds reliable; Maintain the AI flows that write and correct parsers.
• Freshness (Real-time): Analyze delays; Improve performance; Industrialize pipelines.
• Quality (Listing content): Extraction; Classification; Detection of scams, expired listings still online, inconsistent prices... A mix of regex, heuristics, and LLM.
