Senior Software Developer (Backend)

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable backend services using Django and Django REST Framework
• Lead architecture reviews and create task queues with Celery and messaging systems
• Drive code reviews and mentor mid- and junior engineers

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production experience with Django, including Django REST Framework
• Proven contributions to open-source projects
• Deep knowledge of Celery, distributed messaging systems, and async processing
• Experience with containers and cloud services (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Strong skills in Git and shell scripting (Bash/Python)
