About the role

Our client, a prestigious wellness retreat and spa, is seeking a creative and organized Senior Beauty and Wellness Program Coordinator. This role plays a key part in curating and delivering exceptional client experiences, blending the latest in beauty treatments with holistic wellness practices. The position requires a dynamic individual who can manage program logistics, coordinate with service providers, and contribute to the enhancement of our service offerings. While some administrative tasks can be managed remotely, the role demands a significant presence at the facility to oversee operations and client interactions.

Responsibilities: Develop, plan, and coordinate innovative beauty and wellness programs and packages for clients. Schedule and manage appointments for spa services, consultations, and wellness activities, ensuring optimal utilization of resources. Liaise with beauty therapists, wellness practitioners, and external partners to ensure high-quality service delivery. Maintain inventory of beauty and wellness products, and manage procurement processes for supplies. Assist in developing marketing materials and promotional campaigns for new programs and services. Gather client feedback and analyze satisfaction levels to identify areas for improvement and innovation. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards within the beauty and wellness areas. Assist in training new staff members on service protocols and client care standards. Contribute to the overall guest experience by providing exceptional customer service and personalized recommendations. Stay updated on industry trends, new treatments, and products in the beauty and wellness sector. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in program coordination, event management, or a similar role within the beauty, wellness, or hospitality industry. Strong understanding of beauty treatments, spa services, and holistic wellness practices. Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Superb communication and interpersonal abilities, with a client-centric approach. Proficiency in scheduling software and standard office applications. Experience in inventory management and procurement is beneficial. A passion for health, beauty, and well-being. Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends, and be present at the facility in Bauchi, Bauchi, NG , for key events and operational oversight. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
