Senior Blockchain Developer - Smart Contract Architect

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Blockchain Developer with a specialization in Smart Contract Architecture to join their innovative, fully remote team. Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy secure and robust smart contracts on various blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon). Architect complex decentralized applications (dApps) and blockchain solutions. Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code in languages like Solidity, Rust, or Vyper. Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments of smart contracts and dApps. Collaborate with product managers, front-end developers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and technical specifications. Optimize smart contract gas usage and transaction costs. Research and implement new blockchain technologies and protocols. Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to smart contract execution and blockchain infrastructure. Stay at the forefront of blockchain development trends and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Proven track record of 5+ years in software development, with at least 3 years focused on blockchain and smart contract development. Expertise in Solidity and experience with other smart contract languages. Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals, consensus mechanisms, and cryptography. Experience with decentralized application frameworks (e.g., Truffle, Hardhat) and wallets (e.g., MetaMask). Familiarity with security best practices for smart contract development. Experience with distributed version control systems (e.g., Git). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
