Accountabilities

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in brand marketing with a strong focus on strategy and campaign ownership
  • Proven ability to develop creative concepts that significantly enhance brand visibility and perception
  • Experience in marketing complex, product-driven solutions (e.g., B2B SaaS, HR tech, fintech, or similar sectors)
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex topics without losing depth or meaning
  • Excellent creative judgment and a clear understanding of modern brand-building practices
  • Demonstrated success in leading high-visibility, high-impact marketing initiatives
  • Experience working with and managing creative agencies and external partners
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
  • Familiarity with AI-driven tools and their impact on marketing and creative development
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with high expectations
