Our client, a leading Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company, is seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Brand Manager to join our team in Jos, Plateau, NG. This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies to drive market share, enhance brand equity, and achieve business objectives. You will lead the entire brand lifecycle, from market research and product development to marketing campaign execution and performance analysis. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the FMCG market, a proven track record in brand management, and strong leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and working with advertising and media agencies.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in market research tools and data analysis.
  • Deep knowledge of the FMCG industry is essential.
