Our client, a leading force in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods sector, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Brand Manager to spearhead the strategy and execution for a portfolio of beverage products. This pivotal role, based in **Abuja, Federal Capital Territory, NG**, will involve deep market analysis, innovative product development, and comprehensive marketing campaign management. You will be responsible for driving brand growth, increasing market share, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities include: Developing and implementing annual brand plans, marketing strategies, and promotional activities in alignment with company objectives. Conducting thorough market research and consumer insights analysis to identify opportunities and challenges. Managing the product lifecycle, from concept development to launch and post-launch evaluation. Overseeing the advertising and promotional budget, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum ROI. Collaborating with sales, R&D, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless product delivery and market penetration. Monitoring brand performance metrics, including sales volume, market share, and profitability, and reporting to senior management. Cultivating strong relationships with external agencies, media partners, and distributors. Leading and mentoring a team of brand assistants and coordinators. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly preferred. A minimum of 7 years of progressive brand management experience within the FMCG industry, with a proven track record in the beverage category, is essential. Strong analytical skills, exceptional communication and presentation abilities, and a strategic mindset are crucial. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment is key.
