Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to drive growth and market penetration. Conduct market research and consumer analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social, ATL, BTL). Manage brand P&L, including budget allocation and performance tracking. Collaborate with product development teams on new product introductions and line extensions. Oversee creative development and ensure brand consistency in all communications. Analyze sales data and campaign metrics to measure ROI and optimize strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies and external partners. Provide leadership and guidance to junior marketing staff (if applicable). Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging marketing technologies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience in brand management within the FMCG sector. Demonstrated success in developing and executing impactful brand strategies and campaigns. Strong understanding of consumer insights, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes. Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and analytics tools. Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities. Proven ability to manage budgets and drive results in a remote setting.
